Ben Fletcher is an experienced finance leader and managing director, with a particular interest in purpose-led leadership of both functions and organisations. Ben has had a long interest in education and is proud to be a trustee of the National Literacy Trust. As well as being a board member of the British Retail Consortium, he is also Chairman of the Melton Foxes Junior Football Club.
